Data Deletion
You can ask us to delete the information we hold about you at any time.
How to ask us to delete your data
- Email [email protected] with the subject “Data deletion request”.
- Send it from the email address you used with us, or tell us the account, username or page we should look for.
- We confirm we have your request, then delete what we hold and tell you when it is done — all within 30 days.
What we delete
- Messages and correspondence linked to your email address.
- Analytics records we can link to you. Clearing your cookies also ends the link between your browser and earlier visits.
- Anything else we hold that identifies you.
What we may keep
Records the law requires us to keep, for the period it requires them; and totals and statistics that no longer identify anyone.
